グローバル愛知ははじめて「ASEAN短期受入プログラム2019」に参画しました。このプログラムは毎年の夏に、名古屋大学でシンガポール国立大学ビジネス・スクールとベトナム貿易大学からの学生を1週間受入れ、集中的な学習プロジェクトは行うものです。今年、当法人は名古屋大学から依頼され、プロジェクトの計画と運営、そして総合的なファシリテートをさせていただきました。Global Aichi participated in the ASEAN Short-term Study Program 2019 for our first time this July. This program is held annually by Nagoya University, School of Economics and involves a one-week, cross-cultural educational experience with students from the National University of Singapore Business School and Foreign Trade University. This year, Global Aichi  planned and facilitated the main project, which we implemented over the course of four days.

プロジェクト概要は、自動車用ゴム・樹脂を主力製品とする東海興業㈱の得意技術を新分野での応用可能性を検討し、製品開発の提案を行いました。学生たちがSDGs（持続可能な開発目標）に関連づけた想像的な新製品を企画・発表し、大きな成果を上げました。The project focused on applying the technology of Tokai Kogyo—an automotive rubber and plastics manufacturer—to unexplored domains to examine the potential for new product development. Taking Sustainable Development Goals as a base framework, the students made excellent presentations detailing the ways in which Tokai Kogyo can branch out from the automotive industry and attack the industries of the future.
