春の到来を祝いながら留学生と企業の相互理解を深めてもらうべく、「グローバル愛知春分祭り」を開催しました。6ヵ国から15人の留学生と名古屋市・小牧市・豊田市にある製造企業5社（アミテック（株）伊藤精密工具製作所（株）、新明工業（株）、（株）テクノプラスト、丸菱工業（株））にご参加いただき、楽しい国際交流と企業研究を行いました。In an effort to strengthen mutual understanding between Japanese companies and international students while celebrating the new season, Global Aichi put on a Spring Festival at its office in Marunouchi. Attended by 15 international students from 6 different countries and 5 companies located in Nagoya, Komaki, and Toyota, the event was highlighted by lighthearted intercultural communication and company presentations.

ペアでの自己紹介と日本の春に関するトリビアゲームを行った後、参加企業の会社説明に入りました。下の写真では丸菱工業（株）の河村社長が自動車のシート製造、福祉事業、ベトナムにある工場や今後の展開などについて留学生に具体的に紹介しています。After ice-breakers and team trivia, participating companies took turns introducing their enterprises. Pictured below is Mr. Yoshiki Kawamura, president and CEO of Marubishi Industry, explaining automobile seat manufacturing, welfare services for the handicapped, his factory in Vietnam and his vision for the future.

河村社長に続いて、設備を生産しているアミテック（株）と新明工業（株）がそれぞれの紹介を行い、Ｂ２Ｂ企業での仕事を説明しました。また、同じ製造業ではあるものの、事業内容がまるっきり違う伊藤精密工具製作所（株）の伊藤社長から部品生産を説明していただきました。（株）テクノプラストの中村社長が留学生を積極的に採用したい理由とタイへの進出について面白く説明し、多くの留学生から興味をもっていただきました。Following president Kawamura, we received explanations from Mr. Noda and Mr. Kondo, of Amitech and Shinmei Industry respectively, as well as president Itou and president Nakamura, who introduced a different side of manufacturing.
