留学生の日本企業への就職を支援するべく、４月13日に愛知学院大学にてミニ企業説明会を開催しました。この度は企業4社 －（株）アミテック、（株）テクノプラスト、（株）フクシマ化学、（株）真城ホールディングス）が出展し、就活中の留学生に企業説明を行いました。ベトナムと中国からの留学生が参加し、日本での就職に向けて情報を収集し、日本企業に関する理解を深めました。小規模なイベントだったからこそ、企業と留学生が話し合う時間が長く、じっくりとコミュニケーションを密に取っていただきました。その為、企業と留学生の感想が非常によく、職業紹介に直結する見込みもあります。グローバル愛知のミッション達成に向けて、こうしたイベントを今後定期的に行ってまいります。

Global Aichi held a mini job fair for international students at Aichi Gakuin University on April 13. The event was attended by 4 companies and students from China and Vietnam who are currently searching for work in Japan. Small in scale, the event gave participants the opportunity to discuss at length, strengthening mutual understanding and increasing their chances for finding employment in Japan. We will continue holding such events, as they are an excellent opportunity for international students and companies alike.
