今夏の歴史的な暑さに負けず、グローバル愛知の就職支援は前進しております。今週は会社見学を２回開催し、紹介した留学生の内定承諾も４件ありました。Despite the breathtaking summer heat, Global Aichi`s employment support program is taking big steps forward. This week alone we held two company tours and sealed the deal on 4 job placements.

8月1日の強烈な日差しの下で留学生6人、経営者1人と記者1人がグローバル愛知の事務局と一緒にホリベマシナリー（株）の本社に入りました。グローバル愛知による主催者挨拶が済んだ後、留学生向けに会社説明が行われ、２０ヵ国にわたるグローバルな設備生産事業を案内されました。そこで堀部社長が留学生採用に興味をもった理由と求人像を描き、何よりもお客様の喜びを理解できる仲間を募集したいと述べました。In the brutal heat of Aug. 1, 6 international students, a company executive and a reporter entered Horibe Machinery Co., Ltd. with Global Aichi. Followed introductions, Horibe Machinery led an information seminar in which they described their global manufacturing activities. Following this, Pres. Horibe described recruitment details, explaining that they are looking to hire people who truly understand customer satisfaction.

その後、会社内と工場を回り、ホリベマシナリーのオーダーメイド生産様式を見学しました。参加留学生の好奇心が満たされ、就職活動も前進しました。In the subsequent factory tour, Horibe Machinery described its order-made manufacturing process step-by-step. The curious students left satisfied, having deepened their firsthand understanding of Japanese SMEs.

また、その前日の７月３１日に（株）MIRAI LABに留学生を連れていき、最先端技術を体験してもらいました。企業の方々から指導を受けながら留学生が試行錯誤をし、愛知県の先端を走るモノづくりを肌で感じました。Also, on the previous day, we introduced international students to MIRAI LAB, a newly established enterprise whose parent company is located in Toyota. There, the students experienced state-of-the-art technology firsthand, learning the precision and craftsmanship that supports Aichi Prefecture`s manufacturing industry.
